The Jefferson-Madison Regional Library is asking your advice to improve its services. It launched an online user satisfaction survey Monday.
The 37 questions cover everything from the library's selection of materials to hours and parking at the branch locations. The library says the survey's answers will help prioritize spending on future improvements.
"It helps us determine how to best budget our money we get from the local jurisdictions," said Stella Pool with the JMRL Technology Advisory Committee. "We want to make every penny count for what people really want."
The library wants to hear from frequent patrons and people who never go. The survey is online now through October 27. Click here to view the survey.
