Fishburne Military Students Recover After Drug Overdose Incident

Several students have recovered after a drug overdose at Fishburne Military School in Waynesboro Friday night.

Waynesboro police and rescue crews were called to the school just after 11:00 p.m. Investigators say the overdose involved four or five Fishburne students and over-the-counter medications.

Police are no longer investigating and say no crime was involved. The school's superintendent calls the situation scary and says there's a "big lesson to be learned".
