Police Investigate Arby's Robbery in Stuarts Draft
Deputies in Augusta County are looking for a man who robbed the Arby's on Route 340 in Stuarts Draft.
The robbery happened around 10:30 p.m. Monday night. An employee at the restaurant was preparing to leave for the night, when he opened a door and found a handgun pointed at him.
The robber ordered the employee back inside, where he then reportedly took night-deposit bags with an undisclosed amount of money.
No one was hurt in the incident. Investigators say he was wearing a hoodie and a white mask over part of his face.

At approximately 2227 hours, 10/08/12, the Augusta County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to the Arby's restaurant in Stuarts Draft, VA, located in the 2500 block of Stuarts Draft Hwy, for the report of an armed robbery.
An employee reported that they exited the business and was confronted by an unknown suspect that was displaying a handgun. The suspect was described as being 5'8" to 6'0" with a slim build. The suspect was further described as wearing a camoflauge hooded sweatshirt, with the hood cinched around their face, dark blue pants, light colored shoes and a white garment that covered the suspects face which concealed most features.
Upon confrontation, the suspect walked the employee back into the business where two others were. The suspect fled in an unknown direction after robbing the store of an undisclosed amount of cash.
