Weyers Cave Man Arrested on Rape & Incest Charges

Augusta County deputies have filed a half-dozen felony sex charges against a man from Weyers Cave.

Rosendo Juarez, 36, was arrested Tuesday night on rape and incest charges. He could face a penalty of up to life in prison if convicted.

The alleged victim is identified only as a female family member. Investigators say the crimes went on for as long as two years, but won't say how they came to light.

Juarez is being held in the Middle River Regional Jail.
