A Fright for a Cause at the Rock Mountain Haunted Forest
There's a good fright for a good cause deep in the woods of Augusta County.
A ride down the "hell-evator" leads you to the Rock Mountain Haunted Forest with a 3-D funhouse, a haunted schoolhouse and twisted carnival.
The Halloween attraction near Crimora has donated thousands of dollars to Relay for Life. And now they are buying a nearby farm with the vision of a summer camp for special needs children.
Scott Balsley with Twizted Creationz, said, "We love helping, so we thought that we could do something good with children. Because we're all creative and artistic. And we think we can really help the kids like that."
The Rock Mountain Haunted Forest opens Friday and runs every weekend through Halloween. Click here for complete details, schedule and directions.
