Covenant running back Jamie Gaston is the Falcon Club Player of the Week.
Gaston rushed for 322 yards and four touchdowns in Covenant's 52-36 win over Massanutten Military.
Gaston also caught three passes and made an interception on defense helping Covenant improve to 3-1 on the season.
Gaston says, "It was really a whole team effort, the line blocked really well and so did the receivers down field, they really don't get enough credit for it and if you look at the stats we really had a lot of total yards. It wasn't just me it was everybody."
Covenant plays host to Blue Ridge in a special Thursday game this week.
Kickoff is at 4pm.
