Charlottesville Area Transit (CAT) is proposing some major changes to its bus and free trolley routes. CAT says the short-term adjustments will improve efficiency.
Those include separating routes 3 and 6 and extending Route 4 to connect Fry's Spring to the trolley and the University of Virginia.
CAT is encouraging riders to learn more about the proposed changes and comment on them at a public hearing Monday night. It starts at 7:00 p.m. at CitySpace in the Market Street Parking Garage.
