The Virginia Tech football team bounced back from the loss at Pittsburgh to beat Bowling Green State University 37-7 Saturday at Lane Stadium.
Logan Thomas completed 11-of-26 passes for 144 yards, with 2 touchdowns and one interception.
The junior QB also carried the ball 15 times for 65 yards and a score.
After a scoreless 1st quarter, the Hokies found the endzone three times in the 2nd to blow the game open.
The Hokies (3-1, 1-0 ACC) ran for 246 yards as a team, though no player had more than 68 yards rushing.
Junior running back Tony Gregory says, "The offense, as a whole, we just planned on getting the running game going, and show we're Virginia Tech."
Virginia Tech will be back in action next Saturday against Cincinnati at FedEx Field in Washington D.C.
