The Virginia football team lost 27-7 on the road at #17 TCU Saturday.
Sophomore quarterback Phillip Sims connected with E.J. Scott on a 5-yard touchdown pass with 4:22 remaining in the game for UVA's only score.
The TD capped off a 14-play, 89-yard drive, and is the first touchdown allowed by Texas Christian this season.
Sims was 5-of-12 for 63-yards in relief of Michael Rocco.
The junior Rocco completed 13-of-28 passes for 126-yards and two interceptions.
TCU quarterback Casey Pachall was 21-of-32 for 305 yards and 3 TD's for the Horned Frogs (3-0)
Virginia (2-2) had three turnovers in the game.
The 'Hoos ran for 164-yards on 31 carries, including 84-yards by sophomore Kevin Parks.
D.J. Hill had 8 total tackles to lead Virginia.
UVA will host Louisiana Tech next Saturday.
