Judge Certifies Charges Against Albemarle Burglary Suspect

The case against a Crozet man will go before a grand jury in Albemarle County. Caleb Limbaugh Rowe, 34, faces two charges of grand larceny and two charges of burglary.

A judge certified those charges to the grand jury Thursday. Four other charges were dropped.

Albemarle County police say Rowe broke into several homes near Crozet Park back in August. Investigators say they recovered nearly $18,000 worth of property following Rowe's arrest.
