Charlottesville High School quarterback Rashard Davis was named "The Falcon Club Player of the Week," September 19, 2012.
Davis had a huge game in the Black Knights dominating 47-28 win over Culpeper September 14th, 2012. Davis accounted for 6 touchdowns - four were scored on rushing plays while 2 were passes. He rushed for almost 200 yards on 9 carries, And completed 5 of 8 passes for 122 yards leading Charlottesville to its first win of the season.
Rashard Davis said, "We saw on high school preps that Culpeper had a little grudge. They said they'd be coming at me all night and they were going to shut me down - so I had to prove myself. I was just doing what I can do. Just following my blockers and my players lead me to the holes."
