An Augusta County man accused of robbing a pizza delivery driver at gunpoint has pleaded "no contest."

Samuel Joel Sivers, 25, entered the plea Monday afternoon, and a judge found him guilty of robbery. Prosecutors agreed to set aside a firearms charge.

Sivers was arrested two weeks after a Domino's employee was robbed at a motel in Mint Spring last fall.

Sivers will remain free on bond until his sentencing in November.
