Driver in Car into Home Crash Turns Himself In

A driver who crashed a car into a Charlottesville home early Friday morning has turned himself in.

Police say James C. Rush was headed eastbound on Route 250 around 3:00 a.m. and lost control right before McIntire Road. He plowed through a yard and straight into the vacant house.

Rush has been charged with reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident.
