Culpeper Police Seek Identity of Woman

The Culpeper Police Department is seeking the public's help to identify a woman who is a person of interest regarding fraud case in July.

The woman, who is a white female with dirty blonde hair believed to be in her 30s or 40s, used a fraudulently obtained debit card at a local bank on July 13.

The family of the elderly victim discovered the unauthorized transaction when looking over the bank statement of the elderly victim. The family reported the incident to police, who obtained a surveillance photo of the woman who is a person of interest.
