Charlottesville Police Searching for Missing Sex Offender

Charlottesville police need your help to find a missing registered sex offender.

Raymond A. Kemp is wanted on several outstanding warrants, including felony violation of the sex offender registry and failure to appear in court. Kemp is 35 years old, 6 feet tall and weighs 180 pounds.
