It was an incident that shut down the Walmart on Route 29 in Albemarle County for hours, but the person in question will not be charged.
Police say no charges are pending against a man suspected for last month's bomb scare. This comes after a mental health evaluation has been completed.
Managers evacuated the store on August 3, when the man was seen wearing a helmet and behaving suspiciously. State police brought in a robot to X-ray a package the man left inside.
