Overtime has not been kind to the UVA men's soccer team this year, as both of the Cavaliers losses have come in the extra session.
Virginia fell to 1-2 on the season when UCLA knocked home a Golden Goal Sunday night at Klockner Stadium.
The Wahoos lost 2-1 in OT against Georgetown in their season opener.
UVA is a very young team this season, with just two seniors on the roster.
Head coach George Gelnovatch had five sophomores and five freshmen in the starting line-up against the Bruins, and the coach says that the Cavaliers tough early season schedule should get them a lot of experience quickly.
"The schedule I put together for these young guys is not doing them any favors right now," says Gelnovatch. "We have Duke next weekend, and head right into the ACC schedule, and my hope is these games will get us prepared, because that UCLA team is as good as any team in the conference."
UVA will be back in action against Duke on Friday.
