#8 UVA Field Hockey Sets School Record Against Towson

The #8 UVA field hockey team beat Towson 14-0 Friday at the University Hall Turf Field, and broke the school record for the most goals scored in a single game.

The previous record for goals was thirteen.

Elly Buckley and Paige Selenski each scored four times to lead the Cavaliers (3-1).

Rachel Sumfest added two goals.

Virginia will conclude its homestand on Sunday, as the Wahoos host #3 Old Dominion at 1pm.
