Judge Dismisses Case Against The Inn at Afton Owner - NBC29 WVIR Charlottesville, VA News, Sports and Weather

The Inn at Afton owner Phil Dulaney was scheduled to be in Nelson County Circuit Court Tuesday, but the case is now being dismissed.

Back in July, the state fire marshal's office found a dozen violations at The Inn at Afton, from exit signs that didn't work to deteriorating stairs.

Dulaney was given a month to make the needed repairs.  His attorney David Franzen tells NBC29 that Dulaney is in full compliance and the judge has agreed to dismiss the case.
