Trial Date Set for Fishersville Shooting Suspect

The suspect in a near-fatal Fishersville shooting is on his way to trial.

Thursday, an Augusta County judge set for a jury to hear the case of 22-year-old Jerad Michael Ross on December 12. He's accused of shooting a man numerous times, outside Skyline Motel along Route 250.

Ross ran from the scene, but was arrested a few hours later. He faces three felony charges, including attempted murder.
