World-class musicians are performing in the valley this week at Summer Sounds, the August portion of the Staunton Music Festival.
The festival features nine days of classical concerts including vocal, choral and instrumental music. The concerts are held twice daily at historic venues in downtown.
This year, a couple of Taylor and Boody organs have been brought in as well as various European harpsichords.
Workshops and musical demonstrations are also offered.
