Anne Holton was back in Charlottesville Saturday morning to drum up support for her husband, Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Tim Kaine.
Holton told voters at the self-proclaimed Victory Office on Seminole Trail, that Kaine's policies will get America's economy back on track. Kaine is running against Republican former Virginia Governor George Allen for a seat in the Senate.
"There's so much at stake in this election. We so desperately need leaders in Washington who are willing to work together for pragmatic solutions for our economy, and I think my husband, Tim Kaine, is the man," said Holton.
Holton also made a stop in her hometown of Roanoke to help launch a canvassing effort there.
