The Boys & Girls Club of Central Virginia needs your help as they gear up for next month. It's calling cyclists of all ages to come out to its seventh cycling challenge, which hits the streets near Crozet September 16.
Organizers say this is slated to be the biggest challenge yet. It's also one of the biggest fundraising events of the year, but they need your help to make it a success.
"We're hoping to raise between 10 and 15 percent of our entire operational budget through the ride on September 16. So we really hope that the community comes out and supports us," said Boys & Girls Club of Central Virginia Executive Director James Pierce.
Four hundred riders are expected to sign up for this year's race. Click here for more information on how you can sign up.
