The American Shakespeare Center has earned the Shakespeare for a New Generation Grant once again.
The Staunton theater has been awarded $25,000. The money will provide matinees to 2,500 under-served students in and around Virginia. And it will cost the schools very little if anything. The matinees will include "Twelfth Night", "Julius Caesar", "The Merchant of Venice" and more.
