A Waynesboro grand jury will hear the cases of two men charged with failing to report an accident in April that killed a 56-year-old Waynesboro woman.
Victor Espinoza and Juan Gonzalez-Vasquez both face felony offenses after a probable cause hearing on Monday.
The accident happened when Betty Wheeler was walking on Stuarts Draft Highway. Police say Espinoza was driving and Gonzalez-Vasquez was a passenger in the pickup truck that hit Wheeler and kept on going.
