Madison Primary School is getting a new look for back to school. More than 30 volunteers were hard at work Saturday putting equipment in place for a brand new playground.
The school's parent teacher organization raised more than $33,000 for the first phase of the playground. The project was also made possible by a $15,000 grant from Dr. Pepper - Snapple group "Kaboom."
The finished product will give students a larger and safer place to play.
The school hopes to have a grand opening on August 11.
