On Wednesday, August 1, Albemarle County Public Schools will bring online its revised division and school websites. Visitors to our website will have easier access to information and an improved user experience.
Enhancements will include consistent navigation across division and individual school home pages and an expansion of multimedia capabilities for displaying information about school programs, events, and student achievements. The website also will be more compatible with mobile devices, expanding its school and community outreach capabilities.
Over the past few months, the division web team, Garry Barrow and Linnea White, developed, revised and converted the division website and 27 school websites, with the assistance of six Albemarle County student interns and Richmond consultant, The Computer Solution Company.
The web address for the division will continue to be www.k12albemarle.org.
