A man already convicted of taking a school bus and crashing it into a Waynesboro store, has admitted to five more crimes.
Joseph Henschel, 34, pleaded guilty Monday morning to unrelated counts, including felony hit-and-run. Henschel is serving a two-year sentence for convictions related to the stolen school bus last March.
Police said he was high on synthetic drugs at the time. Defense attorney David Smith asked the judge to close Monday's hearing, claiming the media has made his client a "poster child" for the effects of bath salts.
