Charlottesville Police Offering Reward in Tinsley Homicide Case

The Charlottesville Police Department is offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest of the person responsible for the murder of Pherbia "Fay" Tinsley.
Tinsley was murdered in the 800 block of Prospect Avenue in the early morning hours of July 14, 2012. A person of interest has been described as a light complexioned black male, thin mustache, small beard patch on his chin, 5'8" to 5"11, over 200 pounds, very muscular build, with cursive tattoos on both arms, a tattoo of the letter M on one hand, and a tattoo of the letter C on the other hand.
