VSP Investigates Augusta Head-On Collision

A head-on collision in Augusta County Monday night sent two men to the hospital.

Virginia State Police say just after 5:00 p.m. a Chrysler PT Cruiser was heading east on the 700 block of New Hope and Crimora Road. At the same time a Chevy Lumina was heading west. The two collided head-on.

The drivers of both vehicles were taken by ambulance to Augusta Health. The crash is still under investigation.
