Tractor Trailer Overturned in Buckingham County Accident

A tractor trailer overturned after colliding with a station wagon in Buckingham County Friday morning.

Witnesses say the truck was heading north on Route 20 when the station wagon pulled out of a gas station. The truck hit the car then tipped over and slid on its side.

Both drivers have non-life threatening injuries. The truck driver was taken to the University of Virginia Medical Center and the man driving the station wagon refused treatment at the scene.

The accident is under investigation.
