VA State Police Investigating Fatal Crash in Orange County

Two people are dead after a three-car crash Thursday morning in Orange County.

The accident happened on Monrovia Road at the intersection with Willis Road.

Archie W. Clements III, 54, died at the scene. Sabrina Danielle Cloniger, 20, passed away later.

Virginia State Police are still investigating the cause, but they believe speed was a factor.
