VA Tech's Marcus Davis on Biletnikoff Award Watch List

Virginia Tech rising senior Marcus Davis is one of 48 players named to the 2012 Biletnikoff Award watch list Tuesday, which is given to the outstanding receiver in the country.

Davis caught 30 passes for 510 yards and a team-high tying five touchdowns last season as the third receiver in the Hokie attack.

Danny Coale and Jarrett Boykin graduated and moved on to pro careers, so Davis is the top returning wide out at Tech heading into the fall.

The ten Biletnikoff semifinalists will be announced November 12 and the finalists on November 19. The award will be presented December 6.

Oklahoma State's Justin Blackmon won the Biletnikoff Award in 2011.
