Charlottesville Albemarle Airport Flight Changes to Take Effect

Charlottesville Albemarle Airport Service Switch

Flight changes at Charlottesville Albemarle Airport kick off Wednesday.

Delta will start its Charlottesville to New York service. The plane leaves for LaGuardia airport in the morning and arrives from LaGuardia late at night. Both segments are on 50-seat regional jets.

These take the place of US Airway's three New York flights. The changes are because of a takeoff-landing agreement between the two airlines at Reagan National Airport.
