A rare, collaborative effort is making a splash in the world of winemaking Tuesday.
Three of central Virginia's most esteemed winemakers, hailing from Veritas Winery, Grace Estate Winery, and King Family Vineyards, are coming together for the release of their latest team effort.
It's a 2010 vintage Bordeaux blend appropriately named "Three".
Veritas Winery winemaker Emily Pelton said, "Because it's the three of us working together, it's kind of a bigger project than any single wine or any single winery. And we get to work across wineries, across vineyards and across winemakers, so it's a great project."
This is just the second limited edition vintage from the winemakers, and they have no plans of stopping.
