Stuarts Draft Man Arrested for 2011 Sexual Assault

The Waynesboro Police Department has arrested a Stuarts Draft man for the 2011 sexual assault

of a then eleven year old victim. Carlos Jeron Deloatch, 38 years old, was arrested on June

29 for one count of aggravated sexual battery. The molestation, which happened repeatedly

over a six month period in the first half of 2011 at a city residence, was reported to the police

department in April 2012.

Deloatch faces similar charges in Harrisonburg. He is currently being held in Harrisonburg/

Rockingham County Jail without bond.
