Lester in Court on Child Pornography Charges

Harrisonburg Man Indicted on Child Pornography Charges

A man accused of distributing and possessing child porn is going before a jury.

Jacob Lester, 24, was arrested in Staunton last December after investigators say they found child pornography on his computer.

Tuesday he appeared in Staunton Circuit Court, where his attorney made a series of motions including one to question jurors individually. The judge hasn't ruled the motion out.

A two-day trial is set for September.
