Vandalism Investigation
The Albemarle County Fire Marshal's office is seeking your assistance in helping to solve a number of vandalisms and arson.
On June 18, 2012 personnel from the Fire Marshal's office responded to the 5000 block of Dickerson Road, Wisteria Drive and the 2600 block of Frays Mills Road for numerous reports of vandalism to mailboxes and arson of a sign.
Citizens reported that firecrackers were placed in their mailbox, causing damage to the interior and the contents within the mailbox. A sign at the entrance of Spring Hill Baptist Church was also set on fire.
