Fishersville Shooting Case Headed to Augusta Grand Jury - NBC29 WVIR Charlottesville, VA News, Sports and Weather

Less than a month after a shooting in Fishersville, the case is headed to a grand jury.

Jerad Ross, 22, faces three felony charges, including attempted murder.  Ross is accused of shooting a man outside the Skyline Motel in May.

A judge set his bond at $20,000, but the commonwealth has appealed that.

Tuesday, Ross' attorney acknowledged that there's enough evidence to move forward, so an Augusta County grand jury will hear the case in late July.
