Augusta Aggravated Manslaughter Case Delayed

An aggravated manslaughter trial in Augusta County is being delayed.

Stephen Vance, 22, is accused of using synthetic marijuana, shortly before an October 2010 crash that killed Lucille Wheeler.

The trial was supposed to start Monday. It did not because the judge says both the prosecutor and defense haven't gotten themselves organized.

No new trial date has been set.
