A Culpeper man, who many
say was wrongly convicted in a 1996 murder, will have to wait to find out if
he's officially off the hook.
Michael Hash spent 12 years
in prison for Thelma Scroggins' murder before a federal judge cited police and
prosecutorial misconduct, and overturned the conviction.
Another prosecutor was
supposed to announce Monday if he'll retry Hash. That decision has now been pushed back until
August.
