Waynesboro Rallies To Beat Harrisonburg

Ryan Breen hit a walk-off home run in the bottom of the 10th, and Waynesboro rallied to beat Harrisonburg 6-5 in extra-innings Sunday in the Valley Baseball League.

Breen went 2-for-5 with 2 runs and 2 RBI, while Brad Noland had 3 hits in the leadoff position for the Generals (9-4).

Staunton came back from an 8-0 deficit, but lost 10-8 on a 2-run walk-off home run in the bottom of the 9th at New Market.

The Braves are now 6-and-8, and play at Waynesboro Monday at 7pm.
