Polo Pitch Goes Pink at King Family Vineyards

A Father's Day tradition turned the polo pitch pink on Sunday.  The eighth annual Pink Ribbon Polo Classic was held at King Family Vineyards in Crozet.      

The match raises money for the Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation, which supports treatment and research programs across the commonwealth.      

Along with the polo match, there were plenty of family-friendly activities including a face-painting station for kids.      

The event has raised more than $375,000 since it started.
