Three Companies Qualify to Bid on Landmark Hotel

Details Set for Landmark Hotel Auction

Three companies have qualified to bid on the Landmark Hotel in downtown Charlottesville.

Deerfield Square Associates II, J.B. McKibbon and TRT Holdings are on the official list released by the federal government.

The 10-story hotel is set to be auctioned in Federal Court on Monday morning. The opening bid will start at $3.5 million.
