Staffers at the Waynesboro Public Library broke the "quiet rule" on Monday. They took part in a flash mob, line-dancing and singing to celebrate the library's grand reopening.
Contractors recently finished a $1.8 million renovation. It brought a completely new children's library, an internet café, and for the first time, an internal staircase that connects the two levels.
The non-profit Friends of the Library partnered with Waynesboro on the project.
