Grand Jury Hands Down Indictment in Waffle House Shooting

An Albemarle County grand jury handed down an indictment in Albemarle Circuit Court Monday in the case of a Waffle House shooting in April.

Jaquan Rafaly, 20, is one of the men charged in connection with a shooting at the Waffle House on Route 29 in April. No one was hurt, but a vehicle was hit by the gunfire.     

He was indicted on charges including shooting from a vehicle, and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.  He'll be back in court July 30.
