While graduates are busy celebrating the pay-off for their hard work, businesses on the corner are enjoying a nice pay-day. Families spent much of the weekend eating at restaurants and visiting shops near grounds.
The White Spot says it had a strong rush of people for breakfast before final exercises Sunday morning. The burger bar is preparing for what is expected to be a busy night with all the partiers.
Samuel Espino Cruz of the White Spot said, "Yesterday we had some and today we had a very good breakfast and lunch. All the students, parents, and some outsiders. It's been pretty good."
The White Spot brought in extra staff and plans to stay open until 3:00 in the morning to accommodate the crowds.
