#21 Virginia Beats High Point 12-3

The UVa baseball team scored four runs in the third inning, building a lead they would not relinquish. Virginia beats High Point 12-3. Virginia has now won eight of their last nine games.

Steven Bruno had two hits giving him a hit in 18 of the last 19 games. Freshmen Brandon Downes and Nate Irving each had a team high three hits. Irving was 3 for 3 with three runs scored.

Virginia will begin a 3-game series against Georgia Tech Friday night at 6pm.
