Orange County Woman Dies in Shenandoah County Car Crash

An Orange County woman is dead after a crash in Shenandoah County.

Amber Dove of Rhoadesville, 24, died after she crossed over the center line on Route 211 and hit a truck head-on Tuesday morning. The truck's driver was not injured. No one else was in Dove's car.

State police believe speed was a factor in the crash.
