UPDATE: The search is over for teen missing in Fluvanna County. The boy has been found unharmed.
16-year-old Aaron Brock was reported missing Tuesday night after his car and belongings were found at the Crofton boat landing off South Boston Road, near Lake Monticello. Crews searched the area overnight.
Early Wednesday morning, someone reported seeing Brock walking in the Lake Monticello subdivision. Deputies picked him up and held him until his parents were notified.
He won't face any charges.
ORIGINAL: A Fluvanna County teenager is still missing, after search and rescue teams spent the evening looking for him.
Search crews responded to the Crofton boat landing off South Boston Road shortly after 8:00 Tuesday night. That's where they found the abandoned car and belongings of a 16-year-old Fluvanna teen.
They quickly began looking in the water and nearby woods.
Fluvanna County Sheriff Ryant Washington said, "This is the location where we located some information as far as his vehicle as well as some other personal belongings, so this is where we've started the search and we're work from there."
A state police helicopter could also be seen searching from above. The sheriff's office is not yet releasing his identify, but say he's African-American, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 220 pounds, and may have had a medical condition.
